My professional and personal experience has lead me to believe that suffering is part of one’s life journey towards personal development and growth. Sometimes that journey takes directions that can be destructive and painful.
When I work with someone we tend to begin by concentrating on the how, the process, rather than the why, the reasons, of their problems. This allows the person to resolve their problems quickly and concentrate on the solutions. After that, we can work, when one wishes to do so, on the reasons and the why.
My job is to accompany people on their journey by helping them free themselves from negative behavioural patterns. Therapy concerns anyone who wishes to enhance their personal growth ; emotionally, physically and spiritually.
